Dr. Will Caster (Johnny Depp) is the foremost researcher in the field of Artificial Intelligence, working to create a sentient machine that combines the collective intelligence of everything ever known with the full range of human emotions. His highly controversial experiments have made him famous, but they have also made him the prime target of anti-technology extremists who will do whatever it takes to stop him. However, in their attempt to destroy Will, they inadvertently become the catalyst for him to succeed—to be a participant in his own transcendence. For his wife Evelyn (Rebecca Hall) and best friend Max Waters (Paul Bettany), both fellow researchers, the question is not if they can… but if they should. Their worst fears are realized as Will’s thirst for knowledge evolves into a seemingly omnipresent quest for power, to what end is unknown. The only thing that is becoming terrifyingly clear is there may be no way to stop him.

Keith Richards will once again step into the boots of Captain Teague, MailOnline can exclusively reveal.
The Rolling Stones musician is set to reprise his role as Captain Jack Sparrow’s father in Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.
‘After months of talks, Keith has signed on to rejoin Johnny Depp in this fifth Pirates film,’ a source tells MailOnline. ‘Cameras are scheduled to start rolling in October.’
Also, Christopher Waltz may plan villain Captain Brand, MailOnline has learned.
Keith has appeared in two previous Pirate films: 2007′s Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End and 2011′s Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
In 2012 the rock god said the chances of him coming back to the movie franchise were good.
‘I spoke to Johnny a couple of weeks ago and he said, “Are you up for another one?”‘ he offered.
At the time, he was not able to confirm his involvement.
‘I can leave it at that because I know no more, but I do have the costume!’ he added.
Keith was cast in the Pirates films after Johnny admitted the musician inspired his flamboyant portrayal of Jack in the original Pirates of the Caribbean, which was called The Curse of the Black Pearl and came out in 2003.
In this new installment of the Disney franchise – which is set for a 2015 release – Jack and his team are in search of The Trident, which Keith’s Teague holds valuable information to.
The villain this time is Captain Brand, a ghost that wants the Trident so he can get his revenge on Jack.
Brand believes Jack turned his brother Eric into a pirate, which led to his death.
MailOnline can exclusively reveal that Christopher – best known for his turn in Quentin Tarantino’s 2009 hit Inglourious Basterds – is interested in playing Brand, but no commitments have been made yet.
Also in Dead Men Tell No Tales, Jack becomes enchanted by Barbosa’s daughter, Carina Smyth.
She’s a beautiful woman in her late 30s who is called a witch by some but is really an adept astronomer.
‘She falls for Jack as their adventures keep them together, but he rebuffs her advances in fear of angering Barbosa,’ script notes obtained exclusively by MailOnline reveal.
Carina has not yet been cast, but Geoffrey Rush is a go to reprise his role as Barbosa.
Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg are set to director from a script by Jess Nathanson.
Producers include Johnny and his older sister Christi Dembrowski, as well as Jerry Bruckeheimer.
Movie will come out on Memorial Day weekend in 2016
The stars of the 2010 film Alice in Wonderland, Johnny Depp and Mia Wasikowska, have officially signed on to reprise their roles as the Mad Hatter and Alice Kingsleigh, respectively, in Alice in Wonderland 2. The movie is scheduled to come out on May 27th, 2016.
Director Tim Burton, however, is not returning. Instead, director James Bobbin (The Muppets, Flight of the Conchords) will helm the picture. Disney announced the news today, according to the Hollywood Reporter, as well as a live-action adaptation of The Jungle Book to be directed by Jon Favreau and set for an October 9th, 2015 release date.
Earlier this year, Depp announced that he might retire from acting sooner rather than later. “I wouldn’t say that I’m dropping out any second,” he said in July, “but I would say that’s probably not too far away.”
Similarly, in a June Rolling Stone cover story, he said, “I think while I’ve got the opportunity and the desire and the creative spark to do the things that I can do right now, I should do them. And then, at a certain point, just take it down to the bare minimum and concentrate on, I guess, living life. Really living life.” His only movie in 2013 was The Lone Ranger, in which he played Tonto. Next year, he will star in a sci-fi movie called Transcendence that he was filming in Albuquerque when Rolling Stone caught up with him.By Claudia | Categorized in Multimedia , Music , Photo Archive , Projects , Screencaptures | Leave a Comment

Johnny and Amber, together again — on the big screen! Johnny Depp, 50, will make a cameo in London Fields, an upcoming thriller starring his 27-year-old girlfriend Amber Heard.
The crime thriller, based on the 1989 novel by Martin Amis, started filming in September in London. The plot follows a terminally-ill ex-pat, played by Billy Bob Thornton, who meets a psychic named Nicola Six (Heard) at a seedy London bar. Nicola, who knows she will be murdered before her upcoming birthday, begins a torrid love affair with three different men– one of whom is her killer. Theo James and Jim Sturgess will costar in the film.
Although Depp’s role in the movie remains unknown, sources told The Hollywood Reporter that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor has already filmed his scenes during short breaks from other in-production films, the big screen-adaptation of Into the Woods and Mortdecai.
Just last Thursday, Oct. 24, Heard and Depp were spotted together, for the first time since July, enjoying dinner in London’s Mayfair District. Heard, who recently commented on her love life to Net-A-Porter’s The Edit, said, “I have had relationships, successful relationships, with men, and I had a great relationship with a wonderful woman.” (The bisexual actress dated Tasya van Ree from 2008 to 2012.) She added, “We all love who we love; we don’t choose it.”
The stunning star and Depp first met on the set of 2011 film, The Rum Diary. They confirmed their relationship in June 2012 shortly after Depp and the mother of his two children Vanessa Paradis ended their 14-year relationship.
The Hollywood heartthrob shared some insight on the split with Rolling Stone in June: “Relationships are very difficult. Especially in the racket that I’m in because you’re constantly away or they’re away and so it’s hard.” A source told Us Weekly that once Heard wraps up filming, she plans to stay in London with Depp, who commences filming his other projects in mid-December.
